Effectiveness of degree coursesOne of the Free University of Bozen/Bolzano’s main aims, through the AlmaLaurea university consortium, is to analyse the effectiveness of its teaching and services and to monitor the subsequent career paths of its graduates.
In particular the following are analysed:
  • the internal effectiveness of the teaching and
  • graduates’ characteristics and performance.
This information is included in the report on the graduates’ profile and in the report on the Graduates’ Job Situations, which are updated every year by  AlmaLaurea.

Graduates’ profile
The graduates’ profile is structured based on questionnaires sent to all graduates of the universities that belong to the scheme and helps to monitor and improve the teaching provided at the institution and guarantee transparency.

Report on graduates’ job situation
The report on graduates’ job situations is complied based on data gained through telephone interviews or questionnaires. It monitors how graduates have been inserted into the job market up to five years after they have graduated.
It is an extremely useful tool to evaluate the external effectiveness of the university system and measures how satisfied the world of work is with graduates.
